TradeMonkey is not yet a registered company. This Policy describes how the current operators of the TradeMonkey interface ("Operators," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, store, and disclose personal data. Controller identity, notices address, and related details may be updated when a company is incorporated.

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal data in connection with TradeMonkey and the services made available through the website located at https://www.trademonkey.xyz, including any subdomains (the "Website") and any related tools, features, or functionality (collectively, the "Services").

For purposes of applicable data protection laws, the Operators act as the data controller. References to "you" or "your" mean any individual who accesses or uses the Services.

  • Token holdings or allocation-related information

  • Communications you send to us, including inquiries, waitlist submissions, or support requests

We process this information to provide the Services, respond to inquiries, and perform our contractual obligations to you.

When you access or use the Website or Services, we may automatically collect technical and usage data, including:

We do not sell personal data.

3. Third-Party Wallets and Integrations

Certain Services require you to connect a third-party digital wallet or authentication provider. TradeMonkey uses Privy for authentication and embedded / connected wallets. Any interaction with Privy or another third-party wallet provider is governed solely by that provider's terms and privacy policy (see Privy Privacy Policy).

Trading and prediction activity you initiate may be processed on Hyperliquid infrastructure. Earn activity (where enabled) may interact with Aave smart contracts on Base. We do not control, operate, or maintain those protocols and disclaim responsibility for their data handling practices. On-chain activity is typically public and permanent.

The Company does not control, operate, or maintain third-party wallets and disclaims responsibility for their data handling practices.

4. Disclosure of Information

We may share personal data in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With vendors and contractors who process data on our behalf (e.g., infrastructure, analytics, compliance, blockchain analysis, authentication).
  • Professional Advisors: With legal, accounting, audit, or security advisors where necessary.
  • Legal and Regulatory Requirements: With regulators, law enforcement, or authorities where required by law or legal process.
  • Corporate Transactions: In connection with mergers, reorganizations, asset sales, incorporation of an operating company, or similar transactions.
  • Affiliates: With entities within our corporate group (once formed) for legitimate business purposes.

Personal data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including the United States. We implement appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Data is deleted, anonymized, or de-identified when no longer required.

We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing without appropriate safeguards.

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If such data is identified, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet. You are responsible for safeguarding your Wallet credentials, private keys, and seed phrases.

9. Third-Party Websites and Social Media

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or platforms, including social media services, documentation hosts, and protocol explorers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party sites. Your interactions with those platforms are governed by their respective policies.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes apply only to information collected after the effective date of the revised Policy, except where required otherwise by law. We will post the updated Policy on the Website and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
